End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to this agreement, DataMasterSQL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for working with databases.

The license does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

2. Free and paid versions

The free version may include limits on features, connections, or other parameters. A paid license unlocks the features described on the product or purchase page.

If a license includes updates for a stated period, the end of that period does not terminate your right to use a version already obtained, unless the purchase terms expressly say otherwise.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy the application beyond permitted use, sell, rent, publish license keys, bypass activation, modify protection mechanisms, or use the application to create a competing service by copying substantial elements.

Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law expressly grants such a right and does not allow it to be contractually restricted.

4. Updates

We may release updates, fixes, and new versions. Updates may change features, system requirements, or compatibility.

Some updates may require an active update period, a new license, or separate payment.

5. Data and security

You are responsible for lawful access to databases, protecting credentials, validating SQL queries, maintaining backups, and the consequences of data changes.

The application is a tool for accessing your systems. We do not control the contents of your databases and are not responsible for commands you run through the application.

6. Termination

The license terminates automatically if you materially breach this agreement and fail to cure the breach after notice where notice is applicable.

After termination, you must stop using the application and delete copies unless otherwise required by law.

7. Other documents

Use of the DataMasterSQL website and services is also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about the application license, this agreement controls.
