1. DataMasterSQL service

DataMasterSQL provides a desktop application for working with databases, a website for downloading the application, payment pages, updates, and support materials.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue individual features when needed for product development, security, legal compliance, or technical stability.

2. Downloads and licenses

Downloading the beta version may require an email address. Paid features may require purchasing a license and activating a code.

You must provide accurate purchase information and must not share license keys with third parties unless permitted by the selected plan or a separate written agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or application to violate law, bypass technical restrictions, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access to systems, or infringe third-party rights.

You are responsible for the databases you connect to, your credentials, queries, data changes, and compliance with rules set by the owners of those systems.

4. Updates and availability

We try to keep the website, downloads, and updates available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or compatibility with every device and database configuration.

Some features may be provided in beta. Beta features are offered for testing and may change without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

DataMasterSQL, its interface, code, logos, website materials, and documentation belong to the DataMasterSQL rights holders or are used lawfully.

Feedback, ideas, and suggestions you send us may be used to improve the product without compensation unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, and uninterrupted availability.

Before running queries or changing data, you should review commands yourself and maintain current backups of important data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataMasterSQL is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, downtime, reputational harm, or the cost of substitute services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the website or application after the updated version is posted means you accept the changes.
